  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. We do not store your full credit card information.
  • Authentication & Database: We use Supabase to manage user accounts, authentication, and to store your saved SOPs and profile information.
  • AI and Transcription Services: To provide the core functionality of SOP Magic, we send your User Content (text, audio, video) to third-party AI service providers. These currently include:
  • OpenRouter (and its underlying models like DeepSeek) For generating SOPs from text.
  • AssemblyAI: For transcribing audio and video files.

4. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data and User Content only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, such as maintaining your account and your saved SOPs.

6. Your Data Protection Rights

You have certain data protection rights. You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. You can do this by accessing your account settings or by contacting us at sop.magic.customer@gmail.com.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
